All residents are expected to maintain a respectful and peaceful environment. Any violation of hostel rules, including damage to property, noise disturbances, or unauthorized guests, may result in disciplinary action or eviction without a refund.

2. Payment Terms

Fees must be paid according to the selected payment schedule. Late payments may incur additional charges. The management reserves the right to withhold services, including room access and meals, for outstanding dues.

3. Room Allocation

Rooms are allocated based on availability. Management reserves the right to reassign rooms or consolidate vacancies if necessary. Residents cannot change rooms without prior approval from the administration.

4. Liability

Clanza Inn is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings. Residents are advised to secure their valuables at all times and lock their rooms when stepping out.
